Fanatic Racing Parts turbochargers are one of the highest quality turbos in the industry today. They utilizes a durable fully balanced center cartridge, a high quality free-floating journal bearing which is wearable up to 180 000rpm with a tough center shaft. The turbine wheels are constructed from super strong alloy nickel cromium 713c inconel which can withstand temperature up to 1000 degree Celsius. The turbine housings are made of high Mo ductile iron which exhibit non oxidizing property. We believe our turbos has superior designs to all others standard bushing turbos and many ball bearing types.

Through trial and testing we have discover that some of FRP turbos are more responsive than similar size ball bearing counterparts in certain applications. The most important aspect is how well match the turbocharger is for your application or how well design a turbo kit is for your goal. Big horsepower numbers, large external sizes and high boost levels are not the only factors that we look at. Variation in properly size housing and wheel will affects the difference in drivable and usable power.

By using oil only center cartridges, installation is simplified without affecting reliability as long as correct timing and oil is used and regularly maintained. This turbo design does not affect engine reliability by not taxing on it’s coolant system.
